وَإِذۡ تَأَذَّنَ رَبُّكُمۡ لَئِن شَكَرۡتُمۡ لَأَزِيدَنَّكُمۡۖ وَلَئِن كَفَرۡتُمۡ إِنَّ عَذَابِي لَشَدِيدٞ
And [remember] when your Lord proclaimed, 'If you are grateful, I will surely increase you [in favor]; but if you deny, indeed, My punishment is severe.'"

Al-Mukhtasar
And Moses told them: Remember when your Lord clearly announced to you: If you are grateful to Allah for the aforementioned favors that He has blessed you with, then He will give you more of His favor and grace. But, if you deny His blessings to you and do not show gratitude for them, His punishment is severe for those who reject His favors and are not grateful for them.
