يَعۡمَلُونَ لَهُۥ مَا يَشَآءُ مِن مَّحَٰرِيبَ وَتَمَٰثِيلَ وَجِفَانٖ كَٱلۡجَوَابِ وَقُدُورٖ رَّاسِيَٰتٍۚ ٱعۡمَلُوٓاْ ءَالَ دَاوُۥدَ شُكۡرٗاۚ وَقَلِيلٞ مِّنۡ عِبَادِيَ ٱلشَّكُورُ

They made for him what he willed of elevated chambers,¹²²⁰ statues,¹²²¹ bowls like reservoirs, and stationary kettles. [We said], "Work, O family of David, in gratitude." And few of My servants are grateful.

Al-Mukhtasar

These Jinn constructed for him whatever he wanted from places of worship, palaces, and lofty structures. As well as whatever containers he wanted, like giant water basins and fixed cooking pots that were so big they could not move. We said to them: O family of David, show gratitude to Allah for the blessings He has bestowed upon you. Very few of My slaves are grateful to Me for the blessings I grant them.
