Al-Mukhtasar
Or is it because these rejecting polytheists possess the treasures of your Lord's favors, the Mighty whom nobody can overpower, who gives what He wants to whom He wants? And from among His treasures of favors is prophethood; He gives it to whom He wishes. It is not up to them to give it to whom they want and prevent it from whom they want.
