قَالُواْ يَٰوَيۡلَنَا مَنۢ بَعَثَنَا مِن مَّرۡقَدِنَاۜۗ هَٰذَا مَا وَعَدَ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنُ وَصَدَقَ ٱلۡمُرۡسَلُونَ
They will say, "O woe to us! Who has raised us up from our sleeping place?" [The reply will be], "This is what the Most Merciful had promised, and the messengers told the truth."

Al-Mukhtasar
These disbelievers who reject the resurrection will say in regret: What a loss of ours! Who has resurrected us from our graves? They will be given a response to their question: This is what Allah promised, and it must occur, and the messengers were truthful in respect to what they conveyed from their Lord in this regard.
