فَمَنۡ أَظۡلَمُ مِمَّنِ ٱفۡتَرَىٰ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ كَذِبًا أَوۡ كَذَّبَ بِـَٔايَٰتِهِۦٓۚ إِنَّهُۥ لَا يُفۡلِحُ ٱلۡمُجۡرِمُونَ
So who is more unjust than he who invents a lie about Allāh or denies His signs? Indeed, the criminals will not succeed.

Al-Mukhtasar
There is no greater wrongdoer than he who fabricates a lie against Allah, so how could I change the Quran, fabricating against Him? The matter is such that those who transgress the limits of Allah by fabricating lies against Him will not succeed.
