قُلۡ مَن يَرۡزُقُكُم مِّنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ أَمَّن يَمۡلِكُ ٱلسَّمۡعَ وَٱلۡأَبۡصَٰرَ وَمَن يُخۡرِجُ ٱلۡحَيَّ مِنَ ٱلۡمَيِّتِ وَيُخۡرِجُ ٱلۡمَيِّتَ مِنَ ٱلۡحَيِّ وَمَن يُدَبِّرُ ٱلۡأَمۡرَۚ فَسَيَقُولُونَ ٱللَّهُۚ فَقُلۡ أَفَلَا تَتَّقُونَ
Say, "Who provides for you from the heaven and the earth? Or who controls hearing and sight and who brings the living out of the dead and brings the dead out of the living and who arranges [every] matter?" They will say, "Allāh," so say, "Then will you not fear Him?"

Al-Mukhtasar
Say, O Messenger, to these polytheists: Who is it that provides for you from the sky, sending down rain; who provides for you from the earth, with the plants that grow in it and what it contains of metals and minerals; and who owns the hearing and sight that you enjoy; and who brings out the living from the dead, like the human from a drop of semen and the bird from the egg; and who brings out the dead from the living, like semen from animals, and the egg from the bird? Who governs the entire creation in the heavens and earth, and what is in them? They will reply that Allah is the One who does all of this. Say to them: Will you not know that and then fear Allah by complying with His commands and avoiding His prohibitions?!
