وَلَمَّا جَهَّزَهُم بِجَهَازِهِمۡ قَالَ ٱئۡتُونِي بِأَخٖ لَّكُم مِّنۡ أَبِيكُمۡۚ أَلَا تَرَوۡنَ أَنِّيٓ أُوفِي ٱلۡكَيۡلَ وَأَنَا۠ خَيۡرُ ٱلۡمُنزِلِينَ
And when he had furnished them with their supplies, he said, "Bring me a brother of yours from your father.603 Do you not see that I give full measure and that I am the best of accommodators?

Al-Mukhtasar
When Joseph had given them the supplies and provisions they asked for, and after they had informed him that they had a brother on their paternal side who they had left behind with their father, Joseph asked them to bring their brother on their paternal side and that he, in return, would give them an extra camel-load of supplies. He asked them if they had yet to see that he had given them full measure, not subtracting from it, and that he was the best of hosts.
