فَلَمَّا جَهَّزَهُم بِجَهَازِهِمۡ جَعَلَ ٱلسِّقَايَةَ فِي رَحۡلِ أَخِيهِ ثُمَّ أَذَّنَ مُؤَذِّنٌ أَيَّتُهَا ٱلۡعِيرُ إِنَّكُمۡ لَسَٰرِقُونَ
So when he had furnished them with their supplies, he put the [gold measuring] bowl into the bag of his brother. Then an announcer called out, "O caravan, indeed you are thieves."

Al-Mukhtasar
So when Joseph instructed his slaves to load his brothers' camels with food, he placed the king's golden measuring bowl to measure out provisions into the bag of his full brother without their knowledge; this was to get his brother to stay with him. When they set out to travel back to their family, a caller called out after them, saying, O owners of the camels loaded with provision, you are thieves.
