يَٰقَوۡمَنَآ أَجِيبُواْ دَاعِيَ ٱللَّهِ وَءَامِنُواْ بِهِۦ يَغۡفِرۡ لَكُم مِّن ذُنُوبِكُمۡ وَيُجِرۡكُم مِّنۡ عَذَابٍ أَلِيمٖ
O our people, respond to the Caller [i.e., Messenger] of Allāh1488 and believe in him; He [i.e., Allāh] will forgive for you your sins and protect you from a painful punishment.

Al-Mukhtasar
O our people, respond to the truth that Muhammad calls you towards and believe he is a messenger from his Lord. Allah will forgive your sins and save you from the painful torment that awaits you if you do not respond to the truth that he calls you towards and do not believe that he is a messenger from his Lord.
