Surah Al-An'am 6:105 الأنعام

وَكَذَٰلِكَ نُصَرِّفُ ٱلۡأٓيَٰتِ وَلِيَقُولُواْ دَرَسۡتَ وَلِنُبَيِّنَهُۥ لِقَوۡمٖ يَعۡلَمُونَ
And thus do We diversify the verses so they [i.e., the disbelievers] will say, "You have studied,"336 and so We may make it [i.e., the Qur’ān] clear for a people who know.

Al-Mukhtasar
Just as We vary the evidence and proofs of Allah's Power, We also vary the verses concerning promises, threats, and admonition. However, the polytheists will say: This is not revelation; it is merely something you learned from the People of the Book before you. [And We did this] to explain the truth to the believers of the nation of Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم, as they are the ones who accept the truth and follow it.
