Al-Mukhtasar
The Quran is the pinnacle of truthfulness in its statements and reports and the pinnacle of justice in its rulings. No one can alter His words. He is All-Hearing of His slaves' words and Omniscient; nothing is hidden from him, and He will recompense those who strive to change His words accordingly.
