Surah Al-An'am 6:141 الأنعام

۞ وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِيٓ أَنشَأَ جَنَّٰتٖ مَّعۡرُوشَٰتٖ وَغَيۡرَ مَعۡرُوشَٰتٖ وَٱلنَّخۡلَ وَٱلزَّرۡعَ مُخۡتَلِفًا أُكُلُهُۥ وَٱلزَّيۡتُونَ وَٱلرُّمَّانَ مُتَشَٰبِهٗا وَغَيۡرَ مُتَشَٰبِهٖۚ كُلُواْ مِن ثَمَرِهِۦٓ إِذَآ أَثۡمَرَ وَءَاتُواْ حَقَّهُۥ يَوۡمَ حَصَادِهِۦۖ وَلَا تُسۡرِفُوٓاْۚ إِنَّهُۥ لَا يُحِبُّ ٱلۡمُسۡرِفِينَ
And He it is who causes gardens to grow, [both] trellised and untrellised, and palm trees and crops of different [kinds of] food and olives and pomegranates, similar and dissimilar. Eat of [each of] its fruit when it yields and give its due [zakāh] on the day of its harvest. And be not excessive.355 Indeed, He does not like those who commit excess.

Al-Mukhtasar
Allah (may He be Exalted) is the One who created gardens raised above the ground through stems and trellises and spread out gardens on the surface of the Earth without any stems. He is the One Who made the date palm. He produced crops that differed in their shape and taste. He is the One Who created the olive and the pomegranate, the leaves of which are similar, but their fruit is different. Eat, O people, from its fruit when it bears fruit and pay its Zakat on the day of its harvest. Do not overstep the limits of the sacred law concerning eating and spending because Allah does not love those who exceed His limits in this and other respects. Instead, He hates such people. The One Who created all of this is the One Who has made it lawful for His slaves. Therefore, the polytheists have no right to declare it unlawful.
