وَهُوَ ٱلۡقَاهِرُ فَوۡقَ عِبَادِهِۦۖ وَيُرۡسِلُ عَلَيۡكُمۡ حَفَظَةً حَتَّىٰٓ إِذَا جَآءَ أَحَدَكُمُ ٱلۡمَوۡتُ تَوَفَّتۡهُ رُسُلُنَا وَهُمۡ لَا يُفَرِّطُونَ
And He is the subjugator over His servants, and He sends over you guardian-angels until, when death comes to one of you, Our messengers [i.e., angels of death] take him, and they do not fail [in their duties].

Al-Mukhtasar
He is the Predominant over His slaves and the One who subdues them. He is exalted above them in all regards. Everything is subservient to Him. He is above His slaves in a manner that befits His majesty; may He be Exalted and Transcendent. O people, He sends down to you honorable angels to record your deeds. This will continue until the person's life ends with the angel of death and his helpers taking his soul. They never fail to do what they are ordered to do.
