وَلَهُۥ مَن فِي ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ وَمَنۡ عِندَهُۥ لَا يَسۡتَكۡبِرُونَ عَنۡ عِبَادَتِهِۦ وَلَا يَسۡتَحۡسِرُونَ
To Him belongs whoever is in the heavens and the earth. And those near Him [i.e., the angels] are not prevented by arrogance from His worship, nor do they tire.

Al-Mukhtasar
After mentioning how the taking of a spouse or child indicates insufficiency, Allah, the Exalted and Transcendent, explains that He is the Owner of this universe, stating:
And to Him alone belongs the dominion of the heavens and Earth. And the angels with Him are neither too arrogant to worship Him, nor do they tire.
