Surah Al-Anfal 8:12 الأنفال

إِذۡ يُوحِي رَبُّكَ إِلَى ٱلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةِ أَنِّي مَعَكُمۡ فَثَبِّتُواْ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْۚ سَأُلۡقِي فِي قُلُوبِ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ ٱلرُّعۡبَ فَٱضۡرِبُواْ فَوۡقَ ٱلۡأَعۡنَاقِ وَٱضۡرِبُواْ مِنۡهُمۡ كُلَّ بَنَانٖ
[Remember] when your Lord inspired to the angels, "I am with you, so strengthen those who have believed. I will cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieved, so strike [them] upon the necks and strike from them every fingertip."439

Al-Mukhtasar
When your Lord, O Prophet, revealed to the angels whom Allah had reinforced the believers with at Badr: I am with you, O angels, in aid and support, so strengthen the believers' resolve to fight their enemies. I will cast intense fear into the hearts of those who disbelieve. So, O believers, strike the necks of the disbelievers so that they die and strike their joints and limbs so they are incapacitated from fighting you.
