Al-Mukhtasar
O believers, do not be like the polytheists and hypocrites who, when the verses of Allah are recited upon them, say: We have heard with our ears what has been recited to us from the Quran, while they do not listen to ponder or take admonishment, so they do not benefit from what they listen to.
