وَأَعِدُّواْ لَهُم مَّا ٱسۡتَطَعۡتُم مِّن قُوَّةٖ وَمِن رِّبَاطِ ٱلۡخَيۡلِ تُرۡهِبُونَ بِهِۦ عَدُوَّ ٱللَّهِ وَعَدُوَّكُمۡ وَءَاخَرِينَ مِن دُونِهِمۡ لَا تَعۡلَمُونَهُمُ ٱللَّهُ يَعۡلَمُهُمۡۚ وَمَا تُنفِقُواْ مِن شَيۡءٖ فِي سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ يُوَفَّ إِلَيۡكُمۡ وَأَنتُمۡ لَا تُظۡلَمُونَ
And prepare against them whatever you are able of power and of steeds of war456 by which you may terrify the enemy of Allāh and your enemy and others besides them whom you do not know [but] whom Allāh knows. And whatever you spend in the cause of Allāh will be fully repaid to you, and you will not be wronged.

Al-Mukhtasar
Prepare, O believers, what you can prepare in terms of numbers and equipment, such as archery. Moreover, prepare for them whatever horses you have stored for the sake of Allah to terrify the enemies of Allah and your enemies from the disbelievers lurking around you. Moreover, to frighten other people with it whom you do not know, and you do not know the hostility they harbor against you. Instead, Allah alone is the One who knows them and knows what they have in their hearts. Whatever money you spend in the cause of Allah, whether small or large, Allah will reward you in this world and give you its full, undiminished reward in the Hereafter. So hasten to spend in His cause.
