قَالَ مُوسَىٰ لِقَوۡمِهِ ٱسۡتَعِينُواْ بِٱللَّهِ وَٱصۡبِرُوٓاْۖ إِنَّ ٱلۡأَرۡضَ لِلَّهِ يُورِثُهَا مَن يَشَآءُ مِنۡ عِبَادِهِۦۖ وَٱلۡعَٰقِبَةُ لِلۡمُتَّقِينَ
Said Moses to his people, "Seek help through Allāh and be patient. Indeed, the earth belongs to Allāh. He causes to inherit it whom He wills of His servants. And the [best] outcome is for the righteous."

Al-Mukhtasar
Advising his people, Moses said: O my people, ask for assistance from Allah alone to avert harm and bring benefit to you. And be patient with the trials you are facing, for indeed, the earth belongs to Allah alone, and it does not belong to Pharaoh or anyone else for him to control it. Allah exchanges [control of it] between people according to His Will. However, the noble end on earth is for the believers who comply with the commands of their Lord and avoid His prohibitions, for it is for them despite the tests and trials that inflict them.
