وَكَتَبۡنَا لَهُۥ فِي ٱلۡأَلۡوَاحِ مِن كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ مَّوۡعِظَةٗ وَتَفۡصِيلٗا لِّكُلِّ شَيۡءٖ فَخُذۡهَا بِقُوَّةٖ وَأۡمُرۡ قَوۡمَكَ يَأۡخُذُواْ بِأَحۡسَنِهَاۚ سَأُوْرِيكُمۡ دَارَ ٱلۡفَٰسِقِينَ
And We wrote for him on the tablets [something] of all things - instruction and explanation for all things, [saying], "Take them with determination and order your people to take the best of it. I will show you the home of the defiantly disobedient."404

Al-Mukhtasar
And We wrote for Moses on the Tablets, of wood or otherwise, everything that the Israelites would need for their religious and worldly affairs, as an admonishment for those among them who would accept admonishment and elaboration for the rulings that needed explanation. So take this Torah, O Moses, with seriousness and utmost effort, and instruct your people, the Israelites, to take hold of the best within it from that whose reward is more significant, such as doing what was commanded in the most perfect way, and such as patience and pardoning. I will show you [all] the consequence of he who went against My commands and left obedience to Me and the ruin and destruction that he ends up in.
