قُلۡ يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّاسُ إِنِّي رَسُولُ ٱللَّهِ إِلَيۡكُمۡ جَمِيعًا ٱلَّذِي لَهُۥ مُلۡكُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۖ لَآ إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ يُحۡيِۦ وَيُمِيتُۖ فَـَٔامِنُواْ بِٱللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ ٱلنَّبِيِّ ٱلۡأُمِّيِّ ٱلَّذِي يُؤۡمِنُ بِٱللَّهِ وَكَلِمَٰتِهِۦ وَٱتَّبِعُوهُ لَعَلَّكُمۡ تَهۡتَدُونَ
Say, [O Muḥammad], "O mankind, indeed I am the Messenger of Allāh to you all, [from Him] to whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth. There is no deity except Him; He gives life and causes death." So believe in Allāh and His Messenger, the unlettered prophet, who believes in Allāh and His words, and follow him that you may be guided.

Al-Mukhtasar
Say, O Messenger: O people, I am a Messenger of Allah [sent] to all of you, Arabs and non-Arabs, Who He alone owns the dominion of the heavens and the earth. There is nothing rightfully worshipped other than Him, may He be Exalted. He brings life to the dead and brings death to the living. So believe, O people, in Allah and believe in Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم His Messenger Prophet, who neither reads nor writes; he has merely come with the revelation revealed to him by his Lord. He believes in Allah and what has been revealed to him and the other Prophets before him without any differentiation. And follow him in that which he has come with from his Lord, in hopes that you would be guided to that which holds your benefit in the [life of this] world and the Afterlife.
