وَمَنۡ أَظۡلَمُ مِمَّن مَّنَعَ مَسَٰجِدَ ٱللَّهِ أَن يُذۡكَرَ فِيهَا ٱسۡمُهُۥ وَسَعَىٰ فِي خَرَابِهَآۚ أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ مَا كَانَ لَهُمۡ أَن يَدۡخُلُوهَآ إِلَّا خَآئِفِينَۚ لَهُمۡ فِي ٱلدُّنۡيَا خِزۡيٞ وَلَهُمۡ فِي ٱلۡأٓخِرَةِ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٞ
And who are more unjust than those who prevent the name of Allāh from being mentioned [i.e., praised] in His mosques and strive toward their destruction. It is not for them to enter them except in fear. For them in this world is disgrace, and they will have in the Hereafter a great punishment.

Al-Mukhtasar
No one does more wrong than those who prevent the name of Allah from being mentioned in His Houses of worship: They prevent the prayer, Allah's remembrance, and the recitation of the Quran, trying to destroy and ruin them, through tearing them down or preventing people from worshipping in them. Those who try to destroy these places of worship should not enter them, except fearfully and with trembling hearts, after their disbelief and having stopped people from worshipping in them. They will have shame and humiliation in their life on earth at the hands of the believers, and in the Hereafter is a great torment for preventing people from Allah's Houses of worship.
