وَإِذۡ قَالَ إِبۡرَٰهِـۧمُ رَبِّ ٱجۡعَلۡ هَٰذَا بَلَدًا ءَامِنٗا وَٱرۡزُقۡ أَهۡلَهُۥ مِنَ ٱلثَّمَرَٰتِ مَنۡ ءَامَنَ مِنۡهُم بِٱللَّهِ وَٱلۡيَوۡمِ ٱلۡأٓخِرِۚ قَالَ وَمَن كَفَرَ فَأُمَتِّعُهُۥ قَلِيلٗا ثُمَّ أَضۡطَرُّهُۥٓ إِلَىٰ عَذَابِ ٱلنَّارِۖ وَبِئۡسَ ٱلۡمَصِيرُ
And [mention] when Abraham said, "My Lord, make this a secure city and provide its people with fruits - whoever of them believes in Allāh and the Last Day." [Allāh] said, "And whoever disbelieves - I will grant him enjoyment for a little; then I will force him to the punishment of the Fire, and wretched is the destination."

Al-Mukhtasar
Remember, O Prophet, when Abraham prayed to his Lord: O my Lord, make Mecca a safe place, where no one would be faced with evil; and provide the people who live there with all types of fruits and a special provision for those who believe in You and the Final Day. Allah said: Whoever disbelieves among them, then I will give them some enjoyment by giving them a small provision in this life; but in the Hereafter I will force them into the torment of the Fire, what a miserable destination to which they will return on the Day of Resurrection.
