يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّاسُ كُلُواْ مِمَّا فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ حَلَٰلٗا طَيِّبٗا وَلَا تَتَّبِعُواْ خُطُوَٰتِ ٱلشَّيۡطَٰنِۚ إِنَّهُۥ لَكُمۡ عَدُوّٞ مُّبِينٌ
O mankind, eat from whatever is on earth [that is] lawful and good and do not follow the footsteps of Satan. Indeed, he is to you a clear enemy.

Al-Mukhtasar
O people: eat from what is on the earth from meat, vegetation, and trees, from what was lawfully earned, and from what is pure and not harmful. Do not follow the paths of the Devil that he promotes; he is an enemy to you, harboring a clear animosity. It is not allowed for a rational person to follow his enemy, who is eager to harm and mislead him.
