إِنَّمَا حَرَّمَ عَلَيۡكُمُ ٱلۡمَيۡتَةَ وَٱلدَّمَ وَلَحۡمَ ٱلۡخِنزِيرِ وَمَآ أُهِلَّ بِهِۦ لِغَيۡرِ ٱللَّهِۖ فَمَنِ ٱضۡطُرَّ غَيۡرَ بَاغٖ وَلَا عَادٖ فَلَآ إِثۡمَ عَلَيۡهِۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَفُورٞ رَّحِيمٌ
He has only forbidden to you dead animals,60 blood, the flesh of swine, and that which has been dedicated to other than Allāh. But whoever is forced [by necessity], neither desiring [it] nor transgressing [its limit], there is no sin upon him. Indeed, Allāh is Forgiving and Merciful.

Al-Mukhtasar
Allah has only forbidden you from food which has died without being sacrificed in accordance with the sacred law, from flowing blood, from pork, and from that which had other than Allah's name mentioned over it when it was sacrificed. However, if someone is forced to eat something of these forbidden types of food, and he is not seeking to transgress by eating from it without dire need, and he does consume it over the bounds of necessity, then there is no sin upon him, and nor will he be punished. Verily, Allah is Most-Forgiving and Most-Merciful to whoever repents to Him from His slaves, and it is from His mercy that He overlooks the eating of these forbidden things in times of dire need.
