فَإِن لَّمۡ تَفۡعَلُواْ فَأۡذَنُواْ بِحَرۡبٖ مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِۦۖ وَإِن تُبۡتُمۡ فَلَكُمۡ رُءُوسُ أَمۡوَٰلِكُمۡ لَا تَظۡلِمُونَ وَلَا تُظۡلَمُونَ
And if you do not, then be informed of a war [against you] from Allāh and His Messenger. But if you repent, you may have your principal - [thus] you do no wrong, nor are you wronged.

Al-Mukhtasar
If you do not obey the sacred law, be aware and confident of waging a war against Allah and His Messenger. If you repent to Allah and abandon usury, you may keep the initial amount you had given as a loan from your capital in a manner that does not wrong anyone by taking more than your initial capital or receiving less than it.
