And it is He who has created from water [i.e., semen] a human being and made him [a relative by] lineage and marriage. And ever is your Lord competent [concerning creation].

Al-Mukhtasar
It is He who created humanity from the discharge of a man and woman. From the creation of humanity, He established kinship by blood and inlaws through marriage. Your Lord, O Messenger, is all-powerful; nothing is beyond His ability. Through His Power, He created humanity from the discharge of a man and woman.
