Surah Al-Hadid 57:13 الحديد

يَوۡمَ يَقُولُ ٱلۡمُنَٰفِقُونَ وَٱلۡمُنَٰفِقَٰتُ لِلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ ٱنظُرُونَا نَقۡتَبِسۡ مِن نُّورِكُمۡ قِيلَ ٱرۡجِعُواْ وَرَآءَكُمۡ فَٱلۡتَمِسُواْ نُورٗاۖ فَضُرِبَ بَيۡنَهُم بِسُورٖ لَّهُۥ بَابُۢ بَاطِنُهُۥ فِيهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَةُ وَظَٰهِرُهُۥ مِن قِبَلِهِ ٱلۡعَذَابُ
On the [same] Day the hypocrite men and hypocrite women will say to those who believed, "Wait for us that we may acquire some of your light." It will be said, "Go back behind you1630 and seek light." And a wall will be placed between them with a door, its interior containing mercy, but on the outside of it is torment.

Al-Mukhtasar
After mentioning the condition of the believers on that Day, Allah mentions the condition of the hypocrites, stating:
On that Day, the male and female hypocrites will say to those who believed in Allah and His Messenger: O believing men and women! Wait for us; perhaps we can take a flare of your light that will help us cross the Bridge? It will be said to the hypocrites, mocking them: Turn back and find the light you can use for yourselves! A wall will then be placed between them, which will have a door; the inner side on which the believers are will have mercy, while the outer side on which the hypocrites are will have torment.
