Then let them end their untidiness and fulfill their vows and perform ṭawāf around the ancient House."

Al-Mukhtasar
Then, they should complete what remains of their Hajj rites, coming out of the state of Ihram (ritual sanctity) by shaving their heads, clipping their nails, and removing the dirt that accumulated on them due to the state of Ihram. They should then fulfill the Hajj, Umrah, or sacrifice of an animal that they made binding on themselves. They should perform the Tawaf al-Ifadah (obligatory circumambulation) of the House, which Allah freed from the control of tyrants.
