هُوَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلۡخَٰلِقُ ٱلۡبَارِئُ ٱلۡمُصَوِّرُۖ لَهُ ٱلۡأَسۡمَآءُ ٱلۡحُسۡنَىٰۚ يُسَبِّحُ لَهُۥ مَا فِي ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۖ وَهُوَ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ٱلۡحَكِيمُ
He is Allāh, the Creator,1666 the Producer,1667 the Fashioner;1668 to Him belong the best names.1669 Whatever is in the heavens and earth is exalting Him. And He is the Exalted in Might, the Wise.1670

Al-Mukhtasar
He is Allah, the Creator who created everything, the one who brings things into existence, the Former of His creations as He wishes. To Him (may He be Exalted) belong the Excellent Names encompassing His lofty attributes. Whatever is in the heavens and the Earth exalts Him from every deficiency. He is the Mighty whom none defeat, the Wise in His creation, legislation, and predetermination.
