Surah Al-Mumtahanah 60:9 الممتحنة

إِنَّمَا يَنۡهَىٰكُمُ ٱللَّهُ عَنِ ٱلَّذِينَ قَٰتَلُوكُمۡ فِي ٱلدِّينِ وَأَخۡرَجُوكُم مِّن دِيَٰرِكُمۡ وَظَٰهَرُواْ عَلَىٰٓ إِخۡرَاجِكُمۡ أَن تَوَلَّوۡهُمۡۚ وَمَن يَتَوَلَّهُمۡ فَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلظَّٰلِمُونَ
Allāh only forbids you from those who fight you because of religion and expel you from your homes and aid in your expulsion - [forbids] that you make allies1675 of them. And whoever makes allies of them, then it is those who are the wrongdoers.

Al-Mukhtasar
Allah only forbids you from those who fought you because of your faith, expelled you from your homes, and assisted in your expulsion. He forbids you from allying with them. Whoever of you allies with them are those wronging their [own] souls by heading to the roads of destruction because of violating the command of Allah.
