۞ لَتُبۡلَوُنَّ فِيٓ أَمۡوَٰلِكُمۡ وَأَنفُسِكُمۡ وَلَتَسۡمَعُنَّ مِنَ ٱلَّذِينَ أُوتُواْ ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ مِن قَبۡلِكُمۡ وَمِنَ ٱلَّذِينَ أَشۡرَكُوٓاْ أَذٗى كَثِيرٗاۚ وَإِن تَصۡبِرُواْ وَتَتَّقُواْ فَإِنَّ ذَٰلِكَ مِنۡ عَزۡمِ ٱلۡأُمُورِ
You will surely be tested in your possessions and in yourselves. And you will surely hear from those who were given the Scripture before you and from those who associate others with Allāh much abuse. But if you are patient and fear Allāh - indeed, that is of the matters [worthy] of resolve.

Al-Mukhtasar
You will undoubtedly be tested, O believers, in fulfilling the rights your wealth requires and in calamities sent down along with it. You will certainly be tested in your souls with regard to fulfilling the responsibilities of Divine legislation and in different types of trials sent down to you. You will undoubtedly hear many things from those who were given the books before you and those who associate partners with Allah, things that will hurt you, criticizing you and your religion. If you have patience with the calamities and trials that afflict you, are fearful of Allah by doing what He commands and staying away from what He has prohibited, then that is from among the matters that require resolve and only the genuine contenders [for Allah's favor] will compete for it.
