Surah Ali 'Imran 3:97 آل عمران

فِيهِ ءَايَٰتُۢ بَيِّنَٰتٞ مَّقَامُ إِبۡرَٰهِيمَۖ وَمَن دَخَلَهُۥ كَانَ ءَامِنٗاۗ وَلِلَّهِ عَلَى ٱلنَّاسِ حِجُّ ٱلۡبَيۡتِ مَنِ ٱسۡتَطَاعَ إِلَيۡهِ سَبِيلٗاۚ وَمَن كَفَرَ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَنِيٌّ عَنِ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ
In it are clear signs [such as] the standing place of Abraham. And whoever enters it [i.e., the Ḥaram] shall be safe. And [due] to Allāh from the people is a pilgrimage to the House - for whoever is able to find thereto a way. But whoever disbelieves [i.e., refuses] - then indeed, Allāh is free from need of the worlds.140

Al-Mukhtasar
There are apparent signs of the nobility and virtue of this House, like the religious rites and rituals performed in its precincts. Among these signs is the Stone upon which Abraham stood when he set about erecting the wall of the Kaaba. Also, among them is that for whoever visits it, fear disappears from him, and harm does not affect him. Allah obligates people to travel to this House in order to fulfill the rites of the pilgrimage, for whoever is able to reach it. And whoever denies the obligation of the pilgrimage, surely Allah is not in need of such a disbeliever, nor is He in need of all the worlds put together.
