أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ ٱلَّذِينَ طَبَعَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِهِمۡ وَسَمۡعِهِمۡ وَأَبۡصَٰرِهِمۡۖ وَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلۡغَٰفِلُونَ
Those are the ones over whose hearts and hearing and vision Allāh has sealed, and it is those who are the heedless.

Al-Mukhtasar
Those who are described as being apostates after believing are the ones who Allah has sealed their hearts so they do not understand the admonition, and sealed their hearing so they do not hear anything that benefits them. He has also sealed their sight so they do not see the signs indicating belief. They are the ones who are unaware of that which brings happiness and wretchedness [in the Hereafter] and the punishment that Allah has prepared for them.
