وَمَا ذَرَأَ لَكُمۡ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ مُخۡتَلِفًا أَلۡوَٰنُهُۥٓۚ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَأٓيَةٗ لِّقَوۡمٖ يَذَّكَّرُونَ
And [He has subjected] whatever He multiplied for you on the earth of varying colors. Indeed in that is a sign for a people who remember.

Al-Mukhtasar
He (may He be Exalted) also subjugated for you the things on Earth that He created, having diverse colors such as minerals, animals, plants, and crops. These things that He has created and subjugated for you are clearly indicative of Allah's power (may He be Exalted) for people who reflect and realize that Allah is Powerful and a Benefactor.
