۞ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَأۡمُرُ بِٱلۡعَدۡلِ وَٱلۡإِحۡسَٰنِ وَإِيتَآيِٕ ذِي ٱلۡقُرۡبَىٰ وَيَنۡهَىٰ عَنِ ٱلۡفَحۡشَآءِ وَٱلۡمُنكَرِ وَٱلۡبَغۡيِۚ يَعِظُكُمۡ لَعَلَّكُمۡ تَذَكَّرُونَ
Indeed, Allāh orders justice and good conduct and giving [help] to relatives and forbids immorality and bad conduct and oppression. He admonishes you that perhaps you will be reminded.

Al-Mukhtasar
Allah orders His slaves to be just by discharging Allah's rights and the rights of the slaves of Allah and by not giving preference in judgment to anyone unless with a right that demands such preference. He commands them to be good by doing more than what is mandatory, such as voluntarily spending and forgiving the oppressor. He instructs them to see to the needs of their relatives. He forbids everything vile, in words, such as obscene speech, or deeds, such as zina (illicit sexual relations). He forbids oppression and arrogance over people. Allah advises you with the commands and prohibitions in this verse, hoping you will heed His advice.
