يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ أُوتُواْ ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ ءَامِنُواْ بِمَا نَزَّلۡنَا مُصَدِّقٗا لِّمَا مَعَكُم مِّن قَبۡلِ أَن نَّطۡمِسَ وُجُوهٗا فَنَرُدَّهَا عَلَىٰٓ أَدۡبَارِهَآ أَوۡ نَلۡعَنَهُمۡ كَمَا لَعَنَّآ أَصۡحَٰبَ ٱلسَّبۡتِۚ وَكَانَ أَمۡرُ ٱللَّهِ مَفۡعُولًا
O you who were given the Scripture, believe in what We have sent down [to Prophet Muḥammad (ﷺ)], confirming that which is with you, before We obliterate faces and turn them toward their backs or curse them as We cursed the sabbath-breakers.192 And ever is the matter [i.e., decree] of Allāh accomplished.

Al-Mukhtasar
O Jews and Christians who were given the Book, believe in what We sent down to Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم which came as a confirmation for what remains with you from the revelations to Moses and Jesus before We obliterate all [enjoyment] of the senses in the faces [of disbelievers] and We make the locus of [their senses] behind them, or We expel them from the mercy of Allah just like We expelled those who violated the Sabbath by hunting after We forbid it for them. Thus, Allah transformed them into apes. Allah's command and decree are taking place unavoidably.
