يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓاْ أَطِيعُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُواْ ٱلرَّسُولَ وَأُوْلِي ٱلۡأَمۡرِ مِنكُمۡۖ فَإِن تَنَٰزَعۡتُمۡ فِي شَيۡءٖ فَرُدُّوهُ إِلَى ٱللَّهِ وَٱلرَّسُولِ إِن كُنتُمۡ تُؤۡمِنُونَ بِٱللَّهِ وَٱلۡيَوۡمِ ٱلۡأٓخِرِۚ ذَٰلِكَ خَيۡرٞ وَأَحۡسَنُ تَأۡوِيلًا
O you who have believed, obey Allāh and obey the Messenger and those in authority among you. And if you disagree over anything, refer it to Allāh and the Messenger, if you should believe in Allāh and the Last Day. That is the best [way] and best in result.

Al-Mukhtasar
O you who believe in Allah and follow His Messenger, obey Allah and obey His Messenger by doing what he commands and staying away from what he prohibits. Obey those entrusted with your affairs as long as they do not order you to commit disobedience [of Islamic law]. If you disagree about something, refer it to Allah's Book and the Sunnah of His Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم if you believe in Allah and the Last Day. Referring to the Book and the Sunnah is better than persisting in disagreements and holding onto mere opinions. They will also bring about the best result for you.
