قَالَ هَٰذِهِۦ نَاقَةٞ لَّهَا شِرۡبٞ وَلَكُمۡ شِرۡبُ يَوۡمٖ مَّعۡلُومٖ
He said, "This is a she-camel.1056 For her is a [time of] drink, and for you is a [time of] drink, [each] on a known day.

Al-Mukhtasar
After Allah had granted Saleh proof in the form of the she-camel, which Allah extracted from the rock, he said to them: This is a she-camel that is visible and tangible. It has a share of the water, as you also have a designated share. It will not drink on the day designated to you, nor shall you let your livestock drink on its appointed day.
