وَمِنۡهُم مَّن يَلۡمِزُكَ فِي ٱلصَّدَقَٰتِ فَإِنۡ أُعۡطُواْ مِنۡهَا رَضُواْ وَإِن لَّمۡ يُعۡطَوۡاْ مِنۡهَآ إِذَا هُمۡ يَسۡخَطُونَ
And among them are some who criticize you concerning the [distribution of] charities. If they are given from them, they approve; but if they are not given from them, at once they become angry.

Al-Mukhtasar
Among the hypocrites are those who criticize you, O Messenger, for dividing the charities when they do not get what they want from it. If you give them what they ask for, they will be satisfied with you, and if you don't give them what they ask for, they show grumbling.
