وَلَوۡ أَنَّهُمۡ رَضُواْ مَآ ءَاتَىٰهُمُ ٱللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُۥ وَقَالُواْ حَسۡبُنَا ٱللَّهُ سَيُؤۡتِينَا ٱللَّهُ مِن فَضۡلِهِۦ وَرَسُولُهُۥٓ إِنَّآ إِلَى ٱللَّهِ رَٰغِبُونَ
If only they had been satisfied with what Allāh and His Messenger gave them and said, "Sufficient for us is Allāh; Allāh will give us of His bounty, and [so will] His Messenger; indeed, we are desirous toward Allāh,"486 [it would have been better for them].

Al-Mukhtasar
It would be better if those hypocrites who criticize you in the division of charities were satisfied with what Allah had imposed for them and what His Messenger gave them from it. Also, if they said Allah is sufficient for us, Allah will give us what He wills from His bounty and His Messenger from what Allah has given him, and we ask Allah alone to enrich us and give us His bounty. If they did that, it would be better for them than to criticize you.
