۞ وَإِذَا مَسَّ ٱلۡإِنسَٰنَ ضُرّٞ دَعَا رَبَّهُۥ مُنِيبًا إِلَيۡهِ ثُمَّ إِذَا خَوَّلَهُۥ نِعۡمَةٗ مِّنۡهُ نَسِيَ مَا كَانَ يَدۡعُوٓاْ إِلَيۡهِ مِن قَبۡلُ وَجَعَلَ لِلَّهِ أَندَادٗا لِّيُضِلَّ عَن سَبِيلِهِۦۚ قُلۡ تَمَتَّعۡ بِكُفۡرِكَ قَلِيلًا إِنَّكَ مِنۡ أَصۡحَٰبِ ٱلنَّارِ
And when adversity touches man, he calls upon his Lord, turning to Him [alone]; then when He bestows on him a favor from Himself, he forgets Him whom he called upon before,1344 and he attributes to Allāh equals to mislead [people] from His way. Say, "Enjoy your disbelief for a little; indeed, you are of the companions of the Fire."

Al-Mukhtasar
And when the disbeliever is afflicted by a difficulty, such as illness, loss of wealth, or fear of drowning, he supplicates to his Lord (may He be Exalted) to remove the difficulty he experiences, turning to Him alone. Then, when Allah favors him by removing the difficulty that afflicted him, he abandons Allah, whom he used to beseech before, and he associates partners with Allah, whom he worships instead of Him. O Messenger, say to a person like this: Enjoy your disbelief for as long as you live, which is a short time, as you are among the people of the Fire who will be inseparable from it on the Day of Resurrection like a companion is inseparable from his friend.
