وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِي خَلَقَ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ فِي سِتَّةِ أَيَّامٖ وَكَانَ عَرۡشُهُۥ عَلَى ٱلۡمَآءِ لِيَبۡلُوَكُمۡ أَيُّكُمۡ أَحۡسَنُ عَمَلٗاۗ وَلَئِن قُلۡتَ إِنَّكُم مَّبۡعُوثُونَ مِنۢ بَعۡدِ ٱلۡمَوۡتِ لَيَقُولَنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوٓاْ إِنۡ هَٰذَآ إِلَّا سِحۡرٞ مُّبِينٞ
And it is He who created the heavens and the earth in six days - and His Throne had been upon water - that He might test you as to which of you is best in deed. But if you say, "Indeed, you are resurrected after death," those who disbelieve will surely say, "This is not but obvious magic."

Al-Mukhtasar
Allah (may He be Exalted) is the One who created the heavens and the Earth in their magnificent form and all that exists between them in six days. Before He made them, His Throne was on water. All of this He created to see which of you, O people, will be best in doing actions that please Allah and which of you will do actions that cause His anger. He will compensate each group according to what they deserve. O Messenger, If you say to them: O people, indeed you will be resurrected after you die and held to account, then those who disbelieve in Allah and reject the resurrection will surely say: This Quran that you recite is nothing but magic, and so clearly false.
