وَأَنذِرۡهُمۡ يَوۡمَ ٱلۡحَسۡرَةِ إِذۡ قُضِيَ ٱلۡأَمۡرُ وَهُمۡ فِي غَفۡلَةٖ وَهُمۡ لَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ
And warn them, [O Muḥammad], of the Day of Regret, when the matter will be concluded;814 and [yet], they are in [a state of] heedlessness, and they do not believe.

Al-Mukhtasar
And warn the people, O Messenger, of the Day of Regret when the evildoer will regret his evil-doing, as will the virtuous for not gathering many acts of obedience, when the scrolls of the slaves [of Allah] will be rolled up, their reckoning is finished, and each draws towards what he put forth. During their worldly life, they are deceived by it and distracted from the hereafter and do not believe in the Day of Resurrection.
