نَّحۡنُ أَعۡلَمُ بِمَا يَقُولُونَۖ وَمَآ أَنتَ عَلَيۡهِم بِجَبَّارٖۖ فَذَكِّرۡ بِٱلۡقُرۡءَانِ مَن يَخَافُ وَعِيدِ
We are most knowing of what they say, and you are not over them a tyrant.1533 But remind by the Qur’ān whoever fears My threat.

Al-Mukhtasar
We know best what these deniers say. And you do not have authority over them, O Messenger, to force them to accept faith. You are only a conveyer of what Allah has ordered you to convey, so remind them with the Quran, the one who fears my warning to the disbelievers and the sinful because the fearful is the one who takes advice and listens to the reminders when given.
