قَالُواْ لَن نُّؤۡثِرَكَ عَلَىٰ مَا جَآءَنَا مِنَ ٱلۡبَيِّنَٰتِ وَٱلَّذِي فَطَرَنَاۖ فَٱقۡضِ مَآ أَنتَ قَاضٍۖ إِنَّمَا تَقۡضِي هَٰذِهِ ٱلۡحَيَوٰةَ ٱلدُّنۡيَآ
They said, "Never will we prefer you over what has come to us of clear proofs and [over] He who created us.842 So decree whatever you are to decree. You can only decree for this worldly life.

Al-Mukhtasar
The sorcerers said to Pharaoh: We shall not prefer following you, O Pharaoh, over following the clear signs that have come to us. We will not prefer you to Allah, Who created us. So do whatever you want to us. You only have authority over us in this temporary life, and your authority will vanish.
