Surah Yunus 10:37 يونس

وَمَا كَانَ هَٰذَا ٱلۡقُرۡءَانُ أَن يُفۡتَرَىٰ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ وَلَٰكِن تَصۡدِيقَ ٱلَّذِي بَيۡنَ يَدَيۡهِ وَتَفۡصِيلَ ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ لَا رَيۡبَ فِيهِ مِن رَّبِّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ
And it was not [possible] for this Qur’ān to be produced by other than Allāh, but [it is] a confirmation of what was before it and a detailed explanation of the [former] Scripture, about which there is no doubt,525 from the Lord of the worlds.

Al-Mukhtasar
This Quran could not be fabricated and attributed to anyone but Allah because people cannot come up with anything similar to it. It confirms the books that were revealed before it and clarifies the laws in them. Thus, there is no doubt that the Lord of the creation revealed it (may He be Exalted and Transcendent).
