قَالُواْ يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلۡعَزِيزُ إِنَّ لَهُۥٓ أَبٗا شَيۡخٗا كَبِيرٗا فَخُذۡ أَحَدَنَا مَكَانَهُۥٓۖ إِنَّا نَرَىٰكَ مِنَ ٱلۡمُحۡسِنِينَ
They said, "O ʿAzeez,611 indeed he has a father [who is] an old man, so take one of us in place of him. Indeed, we see you as a doer of good."

Al-Mukhtasar
Joseph's brothers addressed him, O minister, he has an elderly father who is of the utmost age, who loves him very much; take one of us instead of him; we see that you are a doer of good in how you have treated us and how you have treated other than us, be good to us in that.
