Surah Al-An'am 6:111 الأنعام

۞ وَلَوۡ أَنَّنَا نَزَّلۡنَآ إِلَيۡهِمُ ٱلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةَ وَكَلَّمَهُمُ ٱلۡمَوۡتَىٰ وَحَشَرۡنَا عَلَيۡهِمۡ كُلَّ شَيۡءٖ قُبُلٗا مَّا كَانُواْ لِيُؤۡمِنُوٓاْ إِلَّآ أَن يَشَآءَ ٱللَّهُ وَلَٰكِنَّ أَكۡثَرَهُمۡ يَجۡهَلُونَ
And even if We had sent down to them the angels [with the message] and the dead spoke to them [of it] and We gathered together every [created] thing in front of them, they would not believe unless Allāh should will. But most of them, [of that], are ignorant.

Al-Mukhtasar
If we had responded to them by bringing what they requested and sent down the angels for them to see, made the dead speak to them and inform them of your truthfulness regarding what you brought, and gathered everything they asked for before their eyes, they would not believe in what you brought, except those whom Allah wished to guide. However, most are ignorant of this and do not turn to Allah for guidance.
