۞ وَٱكۡتُبۡ لَنَا فِي هَٰذِهِ ٱلدُّنۡيَا حَسَنَةٗ وَفِي ٱلۡأٓخِرَةِ إِنَّا هُدۡنَآ إِلَيۡكَۚ قَالَ عَذَابِيٓ أُصِيبُ بِهِۦ مَنۡ أَشَآءُۖ وَرَحۡمَتِي وَسِعَتۡ كُلَّ شَيۡءٖۚ فَسَأَكۡتُبُهَا لِلَّذِينَ يَتَّقُونَ وَيُؤۡتُونَ ٱلزَّكَوٰةَ وَٱلَّذِينَ هُم بِـَٔايَٰتِنَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ
And decree for us in this world [that which is] good and [also] in the Hereafter; indeed, we have turned back to You." [Allāh] said, "My punishment - I afflict with it whom I will, but My mercy encompasses all things." So I will decree it [especially] for those who fear Me and give zakāh and those who believe in Our verses-

Al-Mukhtasar
And make us among those You have honored in this life with blessings and well-being, given success to do good works, and among Your righteous slaves for whom You have prepared Paradise in the Afterlife. Indeed, we have turned to You in repentance and turned back, admitting our deficiencies. Allah, exalted is He, said: I inflict My torment to whom I will among those who act upon the causes of misery, and My Mercy encompasses everything in the world. So there is no creation except that Allah's Mercy has reached, and His favor and benevolence [has] enshrouded. I will decree My Mercy in the Afterlife for those who heed Allah by complying with His commands and avoiding His prohibitions, who give the zakat (obligatory alms) from their wealth to the people deserving of it, and who have faith in Our signs.
