Surah Al-Ma'idah 5:23 المائدة

قَالَ رَجُلَانِ مِنَ ٱلَّذِينَ يَخَافُونَ أَنۡعَمَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيۡهِمَا ٱدۡخُلُواْ عَلَيۡهِمُ ٱلۡبَابَ فَإِذَا دَخَلۡتُمُوهُ فَإِنَّكُمۡ غَٰلِبُونَۚ وَعَلَى ٱللَّهِ فَتَوَكَّلُوٓاْ إِن كُنتُم مُّؤۡمِنِينَ
Said two men from those who feared [to disobey] upon whom Allāh had bestowed favor, "Enter upon them through the gate, for when you have entered it, you will be predominant.254 And upon Allāh rely, if you should be believers."

Al-Mukhtasar
Two companions of Moses, who feared Allah and His punishment, and whom Allah had blessed with guidance to obey Him, urged their people to fulfill Moses' (peace be upon him) commands by saying: Enter upon those tyrants by the city gate and once you storm the gate, you will overpower them by Allah's permission. It is from the way of Allah to grant victory to those who take the means for that, such as having faith in Allah and preparing the material resources. If you truly have faith, rely on Allah alone and place your trust in Him because having faith necessitates relying on Him (may He be Exalted).
